Wealth & Capital

Your wealth, seen whole.

Patrimony is more than marketable securities. It includes companies, property, holding vehicles, obligations and the people bound to them. Roicè shows capital in relation to the structures around it. Roicè does not require assets to be transferred to Roicè merely to create a coordinated view. Ownership and custody remain governed by the existing structures, mandates and arrangements.

What counts as patrimony

Listed investments are often the most visible part of a family's wealth, and rarely the most consequential. A complete view also includes:

  1. operating businesses

  2. holding companies and other vehicles

  3. property

  4. private investments

  5. liquidity across institutions

  6. collections

  7. loans and guarantees

  8. beneficiaries and the rights attached to them

An illustrative family

The Alder family is fictional. Three generations, resident in Spain and Mexico, with a holding company in Ireland and wealth spread across four jurisdictions. Fourteen accounts with six fictional providers. Two properties in separate vehicles, a family business and a private investment vehicle. Each provider sends accurate statements, and none shows the whole picture.

From scattered to structured

Atlas places each part of the Alder patrimony where it sits and shows which jurisdictions apply. Data Gem composes those parts into one structure, making visible how the business, the holding company and the properties relate. FinAI reads the relationships and raises what deserves attention, for example a vehicle whose governing documents are due for review. It proposes; the family decides.

The Family Vehicle Health Map

Every vehicle a family uses (a holding company, a trust, a property company) has a condition of its own: its documentation, its obligations, its governance, its exposure to more than one jurisdiction. The Family Vehicle Health Map is designed to bring that condition into view, vehicle by vehicle, so that maintenance happens before problems do.

Six words that are often confused

Clarity starts with vocabulary.

  • Ownership

Who holds legal title to the assets: a person, a company, a trust, a foundation or another vehicle.

  • Custody

Who safeguards the assets, typically a regulated institution.

  • Administration

Who keeps the structures and their records in order.

  • Advice

Who recommends what to do. Where advice is regulated, an authorised adviser.

  • Coordination

Who ensures that everyone involved works from the same picture.

  • Consolidated visibility

Seeing all of it together, without any of it changing hands.

Roicè does not require assets to be transferred to Roicè merely to create a coordinated view. Ownership and custody remain governed by the existing structures, mandates and arrangements. Roicè's own role: coordination, administration and advisory work, with the scope defined in each relationship and service agreement, and no custody or execution services of its own.

What stays in place

Your structures, institutions and advisers stay where they are. Ownership and custody continue to be governed by the underlying arrangements. Roicè is designed so that you decide who sees what, and so that nothing significant proceeds without approval. Roicè adds the view and the coordination around them.

Every structure is particular. The next step is a conversation about yours.
