How it works
A coordinated model, not a closed machine.
Roicè is first a way of organising the relationships around wealth: the family, its structures, its advisers and the regulated firms it works with. Technology sits inside that model as an enabler. It does not take decisions on anyone's behalf.

Wealth is a set of relationships
Family members, companies, trusts and holding vehicles, advisers, banks and custodians each hold part of the picture. Roicè's role is coordination: making sure the right information reaches the right person, in the right form, at the right moment, and that responsibility stays visible.
Family
Defines priorities, values and decisions
Structures
Organise vehicles, documents and responsibilities
Advisers
Contribute judgement within their remit
Authorised entities
Perform activities that require authorisation
The family decides
Priorities, values, succession and the tolerance for risk belong to the family. Roicè doesn't set them. It helps make them explicit, shared and consistent over time, so that decisions made today can still be understood by the people who inherit them.
Governance gives it shape
In the Roicè model, who may see, who may propose and who must approve are defined, recorded and respected. Every relevant step is designed to leave a clear trail, so that authority and accountability never depend on memory.
Roicè OS: the environment
Roicè OS is designed as a private, authenticated environment for mobile and desktop, where structure, documents, information and decisions come together. This website describes it; it does not give access to it.

FinAI: intelligence with clear limits
FinAI is designed to read the structure, relate its parts, highlight what deserves attention and explain its reasoning in plain language. It is conceived as a presence throughout the system rather than a single window, and it always signals what it is doing. When something significant is at stake, FinAI proposes and a person approves.
FinAI supports analysis and understanding. Regulated advice is provided only where the corresponding authorisation exists. See Compliance.

The view adapts to the person
The same patrimony looks different depending on who is looking. An heir may need a calm overview of what the family holds and why; the person who runs the family's affairs needs the operational detail. AccessProfile is designed so that each person sees what their role requires, and nothing the family has not chosen to share.
Seeing the whole: Atlas and Data Gem
Atlas presents wealth on a three-dimensional globe: where each part sits, which jurisdictions apply and how they connect across borders and over time. Data Gem represents how information from different sources can be read as one connected whole.
Demonstration only. The figures, structures, names and jurisdictions in this example are fictional and do not belong to any client.
Product demonstrations on this site use fictional data.

Regulated work stays with regulated firms
Roicè's model provides for activities that require authorisation to be carried out by duly authorised entities, subject to the corresponding agreements. Roicè coordinates information and relationships within the scope of its services. Roicè does not require assets to be transferred to Roicè merely to create a coordinated view. Ownership and custody remain governed by the existing structures, mandates and arrangements.
Roicè's own regulatory status: Roicè operates as a private group with access and services reserved for specialised clients. As at 1 October 2026, it holds no authorisations of its own to provide regulated services directly. Where a relationship requires such services, they must be provided by intermediaries holding the authorisations required in the relevant jurisdiction. The scope of Roicè’s coordination, administration and advisory work is defined in each relationship and service agreement. This information does not establish authorisation for Roicè to conduct regulated activities or offer its own custody or execution services.
