The people behind Roicè.
Roicè was founded by three people whose careers meet at the same point: private wealth, institutions and the families behind them. Their profiles are set out below as they are, without embellishment.
Emmanuel Acostá
Founder and CEO

Emmanuel Acostá is the founder and CEO of Roicè, the first neo family office. Before building Roicè, he spent more than a decade privately advising high-net-worth families in Mexico, the United States, the Middle East, Spain and Argentina, designing wealth planning, investment structuring, diversification and succession strategies, and coordinating their execution with leading private banks and brokerage firms worldwide, while introducing a technological perspective and empowering next-generation HNWIs. He structured and oversaw risk for more than 50 large-scale real estate developments in Mexico and the United States. He is a founding partner of EFI Capital — a private real estate financing platform currently operating in the United States that has begun its expansion into Europe — and has built his own investment vehicles in art, media and private equity. He began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 9 and entered the formal financial sector at 16. Roicè marks the first time he has made his professional track record public.
Carlos Ruiz Galindo Terrazas
Chairman and co-founder

Carlos Ruiz Galindo Terrazas is Chairman and co-founder of Roicè. With more than 40 years of experience in banking, corporate strategy, finance and real estate development, he was Director General of Banrural — Mexico's agricultural development bank — and a member of the Presidency's economic cabinet, where he led the institution's transformation into what is now Financiera Rural. He was Director General of Salvago, a Spanish development group that he established in the Mexican market within 24 months, with projects representing US$1.5 billion in sales, and has served on boards in the financial sector in Latin America. Since 2013, he has been Managing Partner of EFI Capital, an international private real estate financing platform. At Roicè, he brings institutional judgement to the company's most critical capital decisions.
Andrés González Cuevas
Chief of Business Strategy and co-founder

Andrés González Cuevas is Chief of Business Strategy and co-founder of Roicè. With more than 25 years leading transformation, growth and innovation in global corporations, private equity and his own ventures, he built his career at leading companies such as Kraft Foods, Cadbury, Herdez and Carlyle, and was CEO of new businesses for ING in Latin America. Since 2019, he has led The Core – Business Evolution, an advisory firm focused on transformation and growth driven by artificial intelligence, and is the founder and CEO of Clarissimo, a cognitive wellbeing company. At Roicè, he leads commercial strategy, market positioning and the partnerships connecting the company with investors, institutional partners and the families it serves.
