Structure
Who stands behind Roicè, and in what form.
Roicè is a corporate structure you can verify, not only a brand. This page sets out the entities, the jurisdiction and the operating model, and it states current regulatory status plainly, without getting ahead of it.

The entities
Roicè is headed by Roicè Consolidated AM Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland (CRO 795133). Its group includes REFI USA Innovation Limited, also incorporated in Ireland (CRO 797870).
Registered office: 6 Fern Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin D18 FP98, Ireland Further entities will be listed here only once they formally exist.
Ireland as our base
Roicè chose Ireland deliberately: an EU member state with a common-law tradition, English-speaking institutions and an established financial-services framework. It gives Roicè a clear legal home from which to work with families and institutions in Europe and beyond.
Atlas, as used on this site, illustrates cross-border context. It is not a map of offices, licences or client locations.
How Roicè operates
Roicè is designed to operate as a digital environment, supported by its founding team and a defined set of governance practices. Roicè OS is designed as a private, authenticated environment for clients; this public website describes Roicè but is not part of that environment.

The regulated-partner principle
Roicè's model provides for activities that require authorisation (custody, banking, execution or regulated advice, for example) to be carried out by duly authorised entities, subject to the corresponding agreements. Roicè coordinates information and relationships within the scope of its services and does not present itself as carrying out those activities.
Current regulatory status
As at 1 October 2026, Roicè's regulatory status is: Roicè operates as a private group with access and services reserved for specialised clients. As at 1 October 2026, it holds no authorisations of its own to provide regulated services directly. Where a relationship requires such services, they must be provided by intermediaries holding the authorisations required in the relevant jurisdiction. The scope of Roicè’s coordination, administration and advisory work is defined in each relationship and service agreement. This information does not establish authorisation for Roicè to conduct regulated activities or offer its own custody or execution services. Roicè does not describe itself as regulated, licensed, supervised or authorised for any activity unless that status is stated in this section.
Any future regulatory step will be published here once it has occurred, and never as an expectation. The same update is made on the same day to Institutional credibility and Compliance.
