Current regulatory status
As at 1 October 2026, Roicè's position with the Central Bank of Ireland and any other relevant authority is: Roicè operates as a private group with access and services reserved for specialised clients. As at 1 October 2026, it holds no authorisations of its own to provide regulated services directly. Where a relationship requires such services, they must be provided by intermediaries holding the authorisations required in the relevant jurisdiction. The scope of Roicè’s coordination, administration and advisory work is defined in each relationship and service agreement. This information does not establish authorisation for Roicè to conduct regulated activities or offer its own custody or execution services. Until this section states otherwise, nothing on this website should be read as an offer of a regulated service, and Roicè does not describe itself as regulated, licensed, supervised or authorised.

Regulated activities and partners
Where an activity requires authorisation, it is carried out by a firm that holds that authorisation. Roicè coordinates information and relationships around that work. Relevant relationships are verified privately, within a previously formalised relationship with Roicè and where a shared purpose or specific agreement authorises this. All communication remains subject to confidentiality and the applicable authorisations.
Data protection
Roicè processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data-protection law that applies to the specific processing. The principles are simple: collect only what is needed, use it only for the stated purpose, keep it no longer than necessary, and restrict access by role. Client data is handled for defined purposes, with access minimised and controlled by role.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may, where it applies, ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable form, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. How to exercise these rights is set out in the Privacy notice.
Governance and operational resilience
Compliance is designed into Roicè's architecture rather than added afterwards. Roicè OS is designed so that access is granted by role, relevant decisions require explicit human approval, and significant actions are recorded.
About examples on this website
Every client-like dataset, family scenario and product demonstration shown on this public website is synthetic and fictional. No client data is displayed here, and a future authorisation would not change that. Facts about Roicè itself, such as its corporate details and its founders' biographies, are real and are presented as such.
