Regulatory status

As at 1 October 2026: Roicè operates as a private group with access and services reserved for specialised clients. As at 1 October 2026, it holds no authorisations of its own to provide regulated services directly. Where a relationship requires such services, they must be provided by intermediaries holding the authorisations required in the relevant jurisdiction. The scope of Roicè’s coordination, administration and advisory work is defined in each relationship and service agreement. This information does not establish authorisation for Roicè to conduct regulated activities or offer its own custody or execution services. This entry is updated on the same day as Structure and Compliance whenever the status changes. Roicè makes no claim to be regulated, licensed or authorised beyond what is stated here.

Governance

Roicè OS is designed so that roles, permissions and approvals are defined explicitly and recorded, so that relevant decisions require explicit human approval, and so that access is granted by role through AccessProfile, with each participant seeing only what their function requires.

Operating discipline

Roicè keeps a single, versioned record of its canonical decisions and documents, so that what the company states publicly can be traced to what it has decided internally. Public claims are classified before publication as fact, current capability, concept, demonstration, future or pending verification, and anything pending verification is not published.

Data and confidentiality

Client data is handled for defined purposes, with access minimised and controlled by role. The public website never displays client data; every client-like scenario and product demonstration on it uses synthetic, fictional data.

Partner and regulatory model

Roicè's model provides for activities that require authorisation to be carried out by duly authorised entities, subject to the corresponding agreements. Roicè coordinates information and relationships within the scope of its services.

Relevant relationships are verified privately, within a previously formalised relationship with Roicè and where a shared purpose or specific agreement authorises this. All communication remains subject to confidentiality and the applicable authorisations.

Technology governance

Compliance is designed into Roicè's architecture rather than added afterwards. The intelligence layer is designed to operate within defined limits, show its state and defer significant decisions to people.

Discretion and verification

Roicè does not use the names, brands or relationships of banks, custodians, auditors, partners, clients or other third parties as a promotional claim or endorsement of its activities. Relevant relationships are verified privately, within a previously formalised relationship with Roicè and where a shared purpose or specific agreement authorises this. All communication remains subject to confidentiality and the applicable authorisations. Figures relating to assets under management, clients and similar metrics remain confidential. No certification is published unless it has been obtained. Roicè and its subsidiaries are private companies. This policy of confidentiality applies without prejudice to the legal and regulatory obligations relating to information, registration and disclosure that apply to each entity. Biographical references to earlier careers are limited to professional facts and do not imply endorsement or a current commercial relationship with those entities.
